
The didactics of transportation is understanding it’s history.
The first method of transportation was walking.
Second, to the order of transportation’s history process, was the use of animals. Again, pointing out the unnecessary exhaust of words and images to illustrate what large animals look like.
Third, was a progression in mankind’s intellect. Boats became a common source for transportation. This is also a source for today’s transportation methodologies.
Fourth, was the industrial revolution. With mankind’s intellect, mechanical devices were built. With the industrial revolution, one of these newly created devices was the train. It grew in popularity and became foundational to serve as a new transportation source.
Fifth, the automobile was then selected as the standard, and has remained for the past 125 years. This is currently the primary source of transportation for Western Society.
Sixth, is aerodynamic flight. Although airplanes are the primary type of long-distance transportation, this type of transportation is unsuitable to replace the automobile as a primary source of transportation.
